Winter League is in full swing now, and we have 5 weeks of play remaining after tonight.  Registration is still open if anyone wants to join in but t-shirts are no longer available as the order has already been placed.

So if you're still interested in joining in, send an e-mail ("contact us" link)  and let me know, or just come out with your money on a Thursday night.

This is the schedule for the Winter League.  All teams play each week.  Games start promptly at 7:15, so plan to show up at 6:45 for warm-up.  There is a forfeit rule in place if not enough players are present.

Hi everyone,

This is to announce that Winter League 2009 will be starting Thursday, Dec 3 (3 weeks from today).
Starting Dec 3, league is the only thing taking place on Thursday nights.  Greenville Ultimate pick-up games will continue to be on Sundays with whatever fields happen to be open.

The Details:
Format: 5v5 league
Where: The Pavilion. 
Time: Arrive at the Pavilion at 6:45.  Games will start promptly at 7:15, and there will be penalties for teams that show up late.
Games: 1.5 hr slot.  Play to 15, cap at 17.
What do players get? League shirts and games for 10 weeks including playoff rounds
Cost: $25 or $3 per week.  Note that if anyone pays on a weekly basis, the shirt is not included, due to how the shirts have to be purchased.

To keep things fair and to make sure that we actually have enough to pay for the lights, if you don't pay, you can't play.  Payment can be given to either Eric or Morgan.  Make checks payable to Greenville Ultimate.
